Adding ACL users

Pretty self explanatory. Add, delete and edit user details here. You can get here directly by typing

if using the downloaded boilerplate out of the box
The ACL ships with 3 sample users, admin with a password of password member of admin group, joeb and maryj both with passwords of abc123 members of the users group
